Same format, different room. Sharp conversations, current themes, informal networking, no noise.

On 22 September 2026, MSP Late Night sat down at the MSP Show Utrecht, in an exclusive partnership with the MSP Show. At 11:00, 13:00 and 14:00, MSP leaders joined three round tables on security, performance and growth, hosted by Hendrika Willemse-Vreugdenhil.

Here you can watch the three conversations again, plus a short clip of each guest. The conversations are in Dutch.

    Conversation 1

security at the table in utrecht

Tristan argues that NIS2 is not only a technical job: you also have to be able to show you are in control. If a client cuts back on security, the guests put the responsibility with whoever took that decision, provided the MSP has demonstrably explained the risks. Harm wants end users brought into their own responsibility.

    On the table

    • NIS2: crying wolf, or real this time?
    • Do we trust tools, or people?
    • Who is responsible when things go wrong: the MSP or the customer?

At the table: Roland, Harm and Tristan

    Conversation 2

performance at the msp show in utrecht

Hire for culture, because a process can be taught. The table on MSPs leaning on existing clients, selling on outcome instead of tools, and the AI colleague at Mohammad's firm that picks up first-line tickets without replacing anyone.

    On the table

    • Culture or process: what really drives performance?
    • Do you grow your people, or replace them?
    • Automate to scale, or to survive?

At the table: Jenna, Mohammad and Robin

    Conversation 3

growth at msp on tour utrecht

Growing without losing quality. Mark explains how his former MSP took on everything and stopped doing anything well, and argues for focus. Jeroen works with a fixed, clearly defined service, and sees clients of acquired MSPs knocking on his door because they miss personal contact.

    On the table

    • Are you building for the customer, or for the buyer?
    • Grow bigger or grow more valuable?
    • Is your MSP a business, or still a job?

At the table: Mark, Barber and Jeroen
