LATE NIGHT IN COPENHAGEN.

Three days at Pax8 Beyond EMEA, Bella Center. Media partner. Same table, new city.

MSP Late Night left the Netherlands. For three days we pulled up chairs at Pax8 Beyond EMEA, where MSPs, vendors and channel leaders from across Europe meet.

Same idea as at home. MSP leaders, honest conversations. Camera on, pitch off.

The conversations

  1. 4:37

    Conversation 1

    the compilation

The compilation from Pax8 Beyond EMEA in Copenhagen. At the table with Ryan Walsh of Pax8 on the community, on how MSPs can put agentic AI to work, on an assessment that gives a client a road map, and on recurring revenue now that paid seats can go down.

    Conversation 2

    in conversation with pax8

Ryan Walsh of Pax8 calls the Pax8 community the real difference: partners telling each other honestly what works and what does not. Then agentic AI: the managed intelligence provider guide and its six plays, starting with an assessment, pricing per agent, workflow or outcome, capping consumption with 8os, and why you have to start now.

    On the table

    • Can you tell us about the Pax8 community?
    • What are the biggest challenges in the MSP community right now?
    • There are six plays in the guide. Where do partners start?
    • What does success of the guide look like in one or two years?
    • What is your key lesson for the Dutch community?

    Conversation 3

    in conversation with gtia

Carlo Tortora Brayda di Belvedere, the new director of the Managed Intelligence Alliance, on the initiative from GTIA and Pax8: vendor-neutral standards that let MSPs deploy AI for SMB clients in a responsible, repeatable way. On ISO 42001, playbooks, an executive council and working groups, and what should be in place twelve months from now.

    On the table

    • What was announced this morning?
    • What does the alliance mean in practice for MSPs and the ecosystem?
    • What does success look like for the alliance twelve months from now?

    Conversation 4

    in conversation with absolute

Gene Kim of Absolute Security on what stood out today: how fast MSPs are adopting AI. According to Absolute, AI also makes attackers stronger, so an MSP has to assume the bad day will come and build in resilience. Clients do not pay for tools but for an outcome. So: avoid tool sprawl, standardise your stack and get more from what you already have.

    On the table

    • What is the impact of AI on security?
    • How does an MSP keep track of everything around security?
    • How does an MSP choose the right tool, and how do you know a tool is still good enough?
    • How does Absolute support MSPs with their security?
    • What advice do you give MSPs today?

    Conversation 5

in conversation with cloud contracts 365

Kim Simmonds is CEO and founder of Cloud Contracts 365, a legal platform MSPs use to create, review and manage their contracts. She covers the legal risks MSPs face: reselling third-party products, cyber incidents, licence consumption and now AI agents. Her advice: let your vendors' terms flow down into your own contracts, and be customer zero yourself first.

    On the table

    • What made you start the company?
    • Which legal challenges do MSPs struggle with most?
    • What do you expect next, what will the biggest challenges be?
    • Is legal documentation still underestimated?
    • If I were an MSP owner, where would I start?

    Conversation 6

    in conversation with traceless

Gene Reich of Traceless ran an MSP for about twenty years and started Traceless after finding there was no tool to check who is calling the help desk. On AI at MSPs as the wild west, why the big breaches start with people, copying voices with voice AI, and the verification app Traceless launches this week.

    On the table

    • Is the MSP community in Europe different from the US?
    • What is the biggest challenge for MSPs?
    • What does AI do to security?
    • What does Traceless do?
    • What are you launching this week?
