During MSP Late Night we talk about everything that is relevant to MSPs. From HR, tools and strategy to marketing and sales. You will receive a briefing on the topics in advance, so you know roughly what to expect.
Our advice: do not prepare too much! If you like, jot down a few keywords or topics you would like to discuss. We love spontaneous, authentic conversations and are above all curious about your personal opinion.
Absolutely! You can bring one or two people. They get a great spot in the audience and can experience the recording up close.
No need to worry! A slip of the tongue is perfectly fine. Did you say something you would rather not see in the episode? Let us know after the recording and we will make sure it is removed during editing. Do keep in mind that we also broadcast live.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Colourful clothing is perfectly fine. We do advise avoiding white clothing, because it does not look as good on camera under the studio lighting.
We expect you around 16:30 at our studio in Loosdrecht. You will get a thorough briefing and stop by make-up. Then we record the round table.
We expect to be done around 19:30. After that we round off the evening with relaxed drinks, where you can network as much as you like.
Depending on the topic, we may have guests join and leave the table during the recording. Of course we make sure our guests always get enough speaking time, no matter how long they sit at the table. We will also go over this in the briefing on the night itself.
There is parking at our studio in Loosdrecht. You will find our parking instructions in the video. There is also always someone on site to help you.
A small tip: stick to the speed limit on your way. There are several speed cameras around Loosdrecht.
We will pin a microphone on you, which we test thoroughly beforehand. Because it is connected to a transmitter, we ask you to stay seated at the table during the recording.
Please also switch your phone off or to flight mode, so it does not interfere with our equipment.
After the recording we get to work on the editing. About a week later we schedule a debrief in which we review the material together. This appointment is usually planned in advance. If not, we will arrange it on the day of the recording.
You will receive a personal teaser with your highlights from the recording and a link to the full episode. During the debrief we go through the material together.
During the debrief we discuss when you can share your material on LinkedIn and when we will do so ourselves. Afterwards you will receive an email with everything you need to publish your material. We would of course love it if you tagged us!
Of course! Would you like to receive extra material after the recording? Get in touch with us. Together we will look at what you would like and how best to make it happen. If you have questions before or after the recording, we are always happy to help.
