So here we are at MSP Global, and I just met you, Vladimir. And you're in quite an interesting industry. What can you tell me about yourself? Well, that's... My name is Vladimir. I run-in a IT MSP business for, well, twenty three years right now in Georgia in a small small country. So we're we're pretty small right now, around seven to eight employees and maybe something 70 countries. Not countries, 70 clients, sorry. Yeah. So that's... I'm very I'm very inspired meeting a lot of interesting people here, who have very interesting conversations. Just... I've... I wish I'd have done this kind of conferences earlier also. That's what I'm thinking. Is this the first one that you visit? In Europe? Yes. No. Definitely not the last. Absolutely. So... So what did you learn? Sorry? What did you learn here? Did you meet some... You met some people, what did you learn from them? Oh, I've met some MSPs providers, which are way more experienced than I have. And I already received a dozen of valuable advices from them, and I'm looking forward to implement them and use it, so just feeding myself with some very vital interesting information. And well, maybe the most valuable thing is some people connections, interesting conversations, That's really really so interesting for me. And so... And I guess besides AI, I think the human connection, I think it's the greatest thing on earth. Right? I'm absolutely... I really believe in all my life I trust in human to human connection because this is the best. I don't like emails, phone calls or something. I think person to person connections are the most valuable we think right now we have, we have in general and now AI knows, nothing can take that away. So you can text them, you can mail, email a person as many times as you like, but real life connections, well, can replace that. Absolutely. It's all about being genuine yourself, right? Totally, yeah. Right. Honest in general. Yeah, absolutely. What's... Do you have any specialty in your line of business? Know, right now we're covering small to medium sized companies. We're basically have all sorts of clients that includes hospitality, some... Well, different some store chain magazines, there's there's store chains shops and everything. So retail, some tourist... Any sort of any sort of medium small businesses with up to 50 seats or a 100 seats in general. Everything that don't have a local IT in staff in Georgia. Okay. And what's your biggest challenge? Systems at the moment. Right now, because we're growing, the system is the information we sell. So we're looking some for some interest instruments at the moment. How to do a total standard just to not realize the systems management. Yeah. And do you do any any AI solutions already for your for your clients? Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. We're trying we're trying some new. We have something we did for the... For many years. I did for for instance when me and my team think. And we're thinking that because as we are growing, we see what the weak points are, weak spots are, and what we want to improve or replace. And we're already trying different solutions and we're already migrated a few tools, but we're getting better and better because when get some tools, you already see the ups and downs and you're getting something new just to... It includes monitoring, ticketing systems, some maybe ERP systems and so on. Right. And your standardization? I mean, that's all when you hear a company growing like over the past few years, standardization is often an issue. Do you see that as well? Sorry, what? Standardization. So making sure that all your customers are alike, it's easy to manage them. It's maybe because we have a such of different kind of companies, different kind of clients and customers. They have absolutely different, sometimes not familiar IT infrastructures. And we want to bring in our, we want to some sort of try to enforce our clients to bring up their IT system to a standards. For security, for backup service endpoints, for the improvement, basically for improving their business. But sometimes it's hard because not other clients want to change the systems because it can cost something but to implement some standards in software and hardware, that's what we're really over up to. Also, some sort of documentation standardization, but we have way of this, just get in the, bring in the necessity standards in hardware, software, equipment and so on. Yeah, important. Well, thank you. Good talk. Good talking to you. We probably see each other tonight with the party. Absolutely. I'm happy to meet you, George. Thank you very much. Thank you so much.
